The medical staff operated with efficiency, kindness and knowledge regarding my situation. When another medical situation, such as this one, arises I will use this clinic. Thank you for extending grace to me during an extremely difficult time.

Provider I met with was exceedingly kind, I was referred to ER, and ended up needing an appendectomy. I've been to this location previously and had kind providers and nursing staff at that time as well. Back again and was treated with kindness and respect. Staff was efficient and professional.

Was so grateful & impressed with Dr Todd & all of his staff. They were so caring & thorough! Meet my needs & were so efficient! Troy & Dr Todd took the time to inform me on everything I needed to know & how to get better! We're very quick to get me back into room to start treating me but never rushed me through procedure! They just listened & were just so great to me! This is rare from other Dr's! I will always go back to them & highly recommend them to all my family & friends. Outstanding service! Appreciated all of their advice

Lives up to their name... Immediate Care. In and out in 40 minutes. Nurse Practitioner on duty was very knowledgeable about broad spectrum antibiotics and coverage for certain species commonly associated with otitis media. Great experience.

Fast response. Waited 10 minutes in my car and ~15 minutes in exam room and had my results. They said their accuracy rate was in upper 90's which sounds great to me but I have no way to verify that

Had a pre-employment UA screening at this facility and I was able to walk-in without an appt. Waited about 5 minutes which isn't bad at all. Check in receptionist was friendly, spoke clearly and professional. The nurse who took the UA, was outgoing, helpful and respectful as well. This quick care facility was clean, staff is friendly, welcoming and professional.

Waited an hour to see the doctor, but that was okay (we didn't check in online & more serious patients were appropriately seen first). Both the doctor and nurse were great with my chatty 7 year old. We left with 2 prescriptions and we hope our little patient is feeling better soon. I appreciated that the orders were sent to the pharmacy electronically and ready for pickup by the time we got there.

Nurse and Dr. Was nice and understanding and did well. In and out quickly as possible. Honest. Only one complaint. The paper work I got for on symptoms made it seem less than what the actual pain is. And that papper was for my job. So many my job say oh you big baby.

BEST URGENT CARE CLINIC!!! This is the only clinic I trust bringing my family to for illnesses. We have been using them for about 3 years and they treat all your needs and FAST! Thank you so much to ALL the staff at IMMEDIATE CARE, ya'll are AWESOME!!!

This clinic's Doctors and the supporting staff are great & so personable! Dr Robert Todd always listens to your issue and prescribes the best medication/antibiotic for your specific issue and explains why he chose that medication. He just doesn't prescibe a medicine and leaves the room like other Drs do when you visit them. Honestly, I enjoy the fact that the clinic staff is available daily anytime before 8 pm and you don't have to suffer waiting a week or two to see your general practicitioner. I highly recommend this location!

Friendly, efficient and clean. Short wait. Both the nurse (sorry, didn't catch his name) and Dr. Todd were kind and caring. They did not talk down to me and treated me like a person I will go back. My previous urgent care has not gotten better with age. ICO has up to date technology.

This was my second trip to Immediate Care.... they were once again fast, friendly with caring front end and backend staff and providers. Clean environment, patient board to kept you in formed of your own wait time. Detail receptionist she picked up that my address being off by one digit- typed in wrong on my last visit. Great job me being in the medical billing world she's a keeper.... I would recommend Immediate Care!!

Awesome staff! Very friendly and I got seen quickly even though I came on a busy day. Staff very kind and patient with all my questions and concerns including cost and billing (took my regular insurance copay). Encouraged me to call or come back with any further questions/ concerns). Will definitely use them again for urgent care situation. Thanks! :)

First visit and was very pleased! Everyone was so nice and the Doctor was very observant. The one medicine I was ordered was to much so the pharmacy faxed the Dr for a substitution and the Dr faxed right back with a cheaper med that I could afford! I can't say enough about how pleased I was. I would recommend this place to anyone! And, lastly the Dr LISTENED!! Again I'd give 10 stars if I could :)
