The best walk in clinic I have ever been to. Seriously, I waited less than 3 minutes and everyone was so nice to me. Dr. Nelson took care of me and honestly I think was the nicest doctor I have ever seen. He sent me home with medication for strep so I didn't have to pay for any of them besides the antibiotic. I would recommend this place a billion times over!

This is bar none the best walk in clinic that I've ever been too. The doctor's and nurses truly care. This is the only walk in clinic I will go to. They are all just amazing and truly go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. If you need to go to a walk in, go to this place. You will not regret it!!! I want to thank the doctor's and nurses for truly caring.

The Dr. Is very helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and caring. He helps our family out every time from sickness, to broken bones, to a cyst on the femur. Fully recommend this location.

I took my son there this morning and he saw Dr. Nelson who had him diagnosed in about three minutes or less. We were there less than 30 minutes including filling out admitting papers, exam and tests.

I did the online sign-in. Staff was very nice and efficient. I was seen, diagnosed and the medication was immediately faxed to my pharmacy. They have a very smooth process that moves you right along.

I knew I had strep. I told the nurse I had it. She asked questions and then took a swab. Dr. L'H came in and told me I had strep and that he was prescribing amoxicillin. Quick process, which was good because I felt like I was dying. I have BCBS, and my co-pay was $35. I was expecting to pay the whole bill, so that was a good surprise. I'm not sure if it helps to check-in online. It gives you an approximate

I check in online, walked in when they told me to. We only had to wait maybe 5 minutes and they called us back. They are always very helpful and friendly.

Never have I been so happy to have someone cram something up my nose. I got tested for flu, and the doc gave me some meds and told me to get better. Praise the LORD! I am finally feeling better. Thanks for your help and kind service Immediate Care! God bless.

I have been a patient several times when it was a weekend or holiday. Each time was a very good experience, from check-in to check-out. I made an appointment this time, I still had to wait about an hour to see the doc. However they were extremely busy as it was the day after Christmas. Overall I would recommend Immediate Care excellent.

Staff was amazing. Correct Diagnosis of appendicitis and set made directly to ER. I checked in on line and was seen immediately upon arrival this made it such a great experience considering how bad I was feeling. The doctor was truly concerned about my feelings and genuinely upsey is when he had to press on my appendix and made me cry. .

Checked in online, was in within 5 minutes of arriving. Nurse was efficient and doctor was incredible. I was feeling better by the evening with meds prescribed. Thanks for always being great for working families and understanding the urgency of a doctors visit.

I could not get in to see my Primary Care Physician today so this is closed urgent care to my apartment. The process was very smooth, staff very friendly and helpful. I was almost just in and out and taken care of very well. Would definitely recommend this facility.

Been trusting Urgent Care with our family when we are in the area for the past 15 years. From asthma to ear infections to stitches, they have always taken amazing care of us. Getting hurt or sick away from home or in the off hours is miserable but at least I know we will all get great care. Thanks for keeping us healthy!

The customer experience was very good. Filled out a surprising small form with basic info. Waited 7 to 10 minutes and was taken back and seen by the doctor. Tended to my issue and was out the door with an hour of arrival.

Great urgent care! Dr. Todd, Dr. Nelson, Dr. L'Hommedieu are some of the best doctors. They make it easy when you haven't choosen a primary care provider. Kelsey and all the nurses here are so caring and compassionate. I always walk out feeling like my health is back on track!

The staff were all very kind and professional. Quick in and out, but the doctor takes his time reviewing every complaint/issue and doing an exam. They offer prescriptions there for very little out of pocket cost as well which is helpful to those who may not have any insurance. They also use an online drug discount program for things they don't carry or have enough quantities of or would be cheaper to get else where. Dr. L' Hommedieu is incredibly caring and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who's in need of an Urgent Care.

Great care by very professional and kind staff. Did not have to wait long at all. Got a strep test, prescription and out in about 30 minutes including paperwork. They even called to check on me a few days later. We have great insurance so we paid our copay and my husband saw them about 2 months ago and we received a check for part of our copay back! So very reasonable prices too! Very happy with this place!

Was there today for temporary extreme back pain ... could not walk ... the staff came out to my truck with a wheel chair & gently loaded me up ... the staff & doctor were very helpful the whole time ... great visit ... good prescriptions by this location have me feeling much better !

Great care that was fast and efficient. They bent over backwards to see me twice in the same day due to me needing an X-ray. I had immediate relief without any narcotics. They addressed the cause of my pain and did not push for pain killers. Refreshing in this current opioid epidemic, even though it is not always popular. Thank you.

Wow talk about service!!! I needed to get into my doctor today they couldn't make that happen so I rolled dice and walked to immediate care of Oklahoma, and they were superb! Just as quick as I needed and as kind as my very own clinic. I was thirsty they supplied me with a nice refreshing chilled water and when I left I had papers in hand with a diagnosis and how they treated it, so efficient!!!

Having just had a very poor experience with a different doctor's office, it was very refreshing coming here. The staff was actually FRIENDLY, which seems strange having to actually mention, but bedside manner is a rare commodity these days. My wait was less than 10 minutes, everyone was professional and actually seemed like they wanted to be there. And last, but certainly not least, everyone listened to what I had to say. Unfortunately in the medical industry people don't listen, they wait to talk. Great experience, I highly recommend this place if you are under the weather.

Everyone from front desk, nurses, doctors are great. Wait time us usually under 10 minutes. Convenient hours so I don't have to take off work to see my primary care physician. Treated everything from pneumonia to sprains to asthma. I recommend !
