I took my elderly father to the clinic after checking him in online. We were in and out in less than an hour! Even though he had to have a lab test. All staff were friendly and great about explaining everything. This is my go to place for urgent care medicine.

Definitely 5 Really appreciate the ladies working today!! They were so patient, caring and friendly even though I didn't have or know the ins and outs of work injuries. They were all super informative in the information I received and we absolutely come here always! I can't thank them enough! Definitely recommend checking the website for check ins and appointments. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I have used them several times over the last couple of years when I wasn't able to get in to my regular doctor. They are a lot closer to my house too.

I have been frequenting this urgent care location for about 2 years. I continue to utilize this location-I have 2 other urgent cares closer to my home-because of the professional service/care provided. The staff is friendly and patient and are always engaged in performing their duties & not just sitting around. The providers willingly listen to your issues with genuine concern and provide options to remedy what ails you. Bottom Line, they rock!!! I strongly recommend this Urgent Care location for kids, adults, and seniors alike. Also, using their on-line registration option makes the process a breeze. Schedule an appointment online. Arrived to a clean facility. The gentleman doing check in was polite. We were seen by Brian. He was professional and explained everything in detail. Overall, I would say our visit was satisfactory and I would definitely recommend this particular location.

I went in for a rapid COVID test. I was able to wait in the car until they were ready for me. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and the the test was fast. And I'm Negative! I will definitely come back if I need to.

Great experience, start to finish. Easy to make an online appointment, the receptionist was amazingly helpful and friendly. The nurse who did intake was also really friendly and listened to my concerns. The Nurse Practitioner that attended to me was very kind, informative and listened to my concerns. They got me in and out quickly and I noticed they had a lot of safety measures against the spread of Covid.

My 10 year old son and I visited this facility on 7/8/2020 for a Covid-19 testing (Negative by the way) and from the moment I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly and responsive. My appointment was at 8:30am and by 8:45am, my son and I were being called back. The lobby and testing room were extremely clean and had a pleasant smell. I received excellent care today, and in a timely manner. Everyone took time with me, allowing a full explanation of my health concerns. After the consultation, the staff arranged for prescriptions to be filled at my pharmacy; my medication was ready for pick-up shortly after my appointment! The facility is lovely--very clean and uncluttered. I am indeed thankful for the conscientious medical professionals at Immediate Care, located on the Service Road of S. Sooner Road and I-240.

I was struggling to find a place where I could get COVID testing to be able to return to work. This place had appointments and tests available in a reasonable time frame. The staff was also very pleasant.

All the ladies were very professional and got me in and out fast. The doctor was very polite and explain what she was doing and what my diagnosis was and what she was going to prescribe to help me feel better. I was impressed with how I was treated. Besides being polite and professional they were all very attractive which made the visit even nicer.

I went to the Sooner Road at I-240 Oklahoma City location. I made an online appointment on Friday morning for a Saturday morning appointment. This ability is very helpful for maintaining social distancing. Hardly anyone was there. The front staff was friendly and helpful. I only had to wait 5 minutes to be called back to the treatment room. I saw Tony, a licensed nurse practioner. He was quick, thorough, and very nice. I highly recommend this company, particular location and Tony.

It was 5 minutes till closing and we rushed my son up to be looked at tonight. He fell on rebar and had a gash on his stomach. Thought he only needs tetnus shot, turns it he was okay on his tetnus but he need 2 staples!! The staff was beyond helpful and great with kids! He was very nervous and the attending staff was so great at calming his nerves. Despite us coming in 5 minutes before closing on Saturday... They accepted us with smiles and had us in and out in 30 minutes! Highly recommend to all... Jennifer

I've taken my son twice. Each time was excellent. We got in and out quickly. The facility was clean and staff very kind. The physician was very good with my son and we got the proper care each time without having to visit again or receive additional meds later on.

The staff was very accommodating and kind, taking my pain level into consideration on a busy day. Since my risk factors indicated a need to be seen at the ER, they made sure to send paperwork along, and didn't charge me so that I wouldn't have to worry about double billing. Professional and courteous service that puts the patient first will definitely earn them the repeat business of our large family. Thank you, Immediate Care!!

Was in & out quick immediately knew what I was trying to explain even when I was confused myself I appreciate them they saved my eyes. wasn't very busy around 1pm which was a blessing. 129$ if your uninsured but that isn't expensive specifically when it's a walk in urgent care I've paid 390$ else where so that is a great. Got what I need and was on my way to pick on my prescription only took 30 mins hopefully I won't be returning lol but if I have to I know where to go and it right down the street thanks.

Took my son took my son there because I thought something was stuck in his ear and his doctor couldn't get him in that morning. Doctors and staff were very friendly and patient with him and super nice. Very happy with their service!

Urgent Care was fast and friendly when I needed help with poison ivy issues. Helped me when we I had to switch pharmacies because CVS doesn't take Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance (shame on them). Highly recommend the Urgent Care on SE 74th and S Sooner Rd.

I was referred to this clinic today and was greatly impressed. The wait was much better than expected and the doctor took time to talk and answer questions. This is the first time in a long time that I didn't feel like I was being rushed through a medical appointment. If referred to an Urgent Care clinic again this one would be my choice.

I was here around November 2017 for myself and was very satisfied with the care and service, I returned yesterday with my 9 year old who had the flu, the staff was great, very caring.. 1st time ever hearing of this facility and they are wonderful and very friendly!! The facility is very clean and well organized, they were able to get myself and my son back in no time the doctor on site is great she very friendly and did her job to the best she could!! Got my child and myself the proper medication and unlike other doctors she didn't tell my soon to be 2yr old there was not any medicine he could take because of his age!! I had two small irritable sick children with me. The front desk staff was so patient and helpful as I juggled the kids and searched for insurance cards. The nurse and PA were very patient, understanding and listened to my concerns. I would definitely recommend and use this care center again.

We love Immediate Care of Oklahoma! Went there this morning w/my daughter. She had a sore throat & wasn't feeling good. They got us in & she was seen in about 20 minutes. I went up there to take a test for my job and Kristin and Miranda helped me. There wasn't much of a wait and the paperwork process was fast. Kristin was super friendly and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Definitely would recommend!
