I come to this urgent care for myself and my kids time and time again. The nurse practitioners here are wonderful, thoughtful, and very professional. They always listen to all my concerns tentatively. They are also one of the fastest urgent cares I have ever been too. I always make an appointment on the website and I never have a long wait with that! Today both my kids got seen by the nurse practitioner on site and he was quick and effective with my one year old who hates the doctors. Great, polite staff, and one of the cleanest Urgent Care facilities I have been at here in El Paso. Highly recommend!

They were very fast. I think I waited 5 mins. I got tested, and received treatment there, as well as prescription. I was in and out in 30 mins. I am very impressed, have never experienced this level of service and care.

Fast , friendly service! So happy to have found this place its exceptional. Mike Anchondo was my provider and he was very knowledgeable and patient to hear my symptoms and complains about my health will definitely be there again if I have to . Highly recommend it!!!

Came here in February on a Friday around 3pm. I was seen almost right away. Office staff was awesome, the Doctor I saw was also great. This was the an easy and pleasant Doctor visit experience while not feeling great. Will be using them again, for sure.

Best experience given the situation, staff was friendly and very efficient. PA was empathetic and thorough. We arrived, were seen, test performed with results and out the door in about an hour. Highly recommend

With all the walk in clinics around, I definitely choose this one. Even if I have others a minute from my house, I will drive the 30 minutes to get to this one. The wait time is always pretty good and the customer service is always great. Thank you so much! ?? FYI, if u have cold/flu like symptoms call when u get to the clinic from ur car. They don’t want anyone with these symptoms inside the waiting room. They will call u to step in as soon as they are ready to see you.

Had to be seen for an injury,'i have no PCP. The nurse practitioner is amazing, she is very knowledgeable. I made an appointment online and was seen exactly at that time! Taken back at 12:20, i was out and headed home by 12:54. Fast service, excellent service!

I needed to see a Doc because mine was traveling. Excellent timely service and they do great with Veterans!

So I went to MedPost on Zaragoza and saul kleinfeld and when I asked if the doctor could see me they said no the doctor is done for the day mind you they close at 8 and I showed up 645. But then I went to U care and what a difference they saw me with in 30 minutes be I was out of there in an hour that's with them doing Flu test strep throat and urine test. I highly recommend it I don't know why I went to the MedPost in the first place the same thing happen to me on the 25th at the kids MedPost when I took my daughter. Again I highly recommend this place the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Good people

Came in on a Sunday during a holiday weekend with pain and there were about two people ahead of me. It was my 1st time here and I had paperwork to fill out. The whole process from when I entered the building to when I exited the building it only took about an hour. I am very pleased with the service.

Just went there on short notice... was seen right away for xrays and talked with the doctor soon after. In and out in less than an hour. Excellent customer service and very knowledgable. Will definitely be a returning customer (well at least I hope I don't get hurt again...)!

I've been here twice, my hubby once. The front office staff and providers are all so patient and caring. The facility is so clean. I've had only good experiences here. Highly recommend this clinic if you have the need.

We are beyond thankful the North Zaragoza clini opened!! The staff is AMAZING!! We have been there many times I have felt horrible all week and went yesterday and Dr gave me a steroid shot and some oral steroids and I am feeling 80% better already!! We are always in and out within 30 min max!! Highly recommmend!!

Good service and the clinic is pretty new, so I was taken care of very quickly. Staff is courteous, friendly and doctors take their time to talk about your visit. Love their hours 9a-9p and great location.

The whole process from when I entered the building to when I exited the building it only took about an hour. I am very pleased with the service.
