The doctor and staff were exceptionally knowledgeable as always. I appreciate that I can visit them and leave with less pain and feel better than when I visit my primary care physician, who typically leaves me with the same symptoms but with prescriptions. The primary purpose of visiting a doctor is to alleviate symptoms upon departure, not to experience the same symptoms upon return.

I came to Physicians Now urgent care for some concerning thyroid symptoms I was having. They saw me very soon after calling & provided quality care throughout the whole visit. I was thrilled to call the office and actually get a person to answer call right away. The staff was friendly and helpful making appt and then again in the office. There was very little wait time and the doctor was kind, thorough and very knowledgeable as a former ER physician. Will definitely go back if need arises

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The service was quick and efficient, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. The doctor was very professional and got straight to the point while still making me feel heard and taken care of. The receptionist was also incredibly kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. Quick and good service from start to end. Doctor was kind, attentive and clear in his communication. He listened well and provided me plenty of options to follow up. Would go again in a heartbeat. Be aware that this place closes on the weekends. There’s a sign on the door that says it’s temporary. Maybe because of the winter weather?

I had a great experience today, I was there for respiratory issues. Staff were really kind and caring. Dr Olisemeka was wonderful. I haven’t had a good experience in an adult urgent care facility in a while until today so I really felt like I needed to write this positive review. I did my checkin online and they didn’t have me re-do the forms like most clinics do, wait time was short, I saw the doctor pretty quickly and everything was explained to me really clearly. They also have a patient portal you can sign up for. Highly recommend them!

This staff was sooo welcoming and friendly! Quite an impression! Tara made sure I was checked in and was so warm with the experience. Even though I wasn't feeling the best, Vanessa kept me laughing and reassured that i'd be taken care of! Lastly, Dr. Olisemeka was super helpful and really patient with the many questions I had! This team was so lovely and made my already concerning health issue very smooth and careful. Hopefully, I don't have any issues that make me come back but in case I do, I will be coming back to this location! Thank you everyone :)

Great just need pain management with whats best out there authorized and from my records abd safe with enzymes a little high.im not drinking. Dont want wind side effects or more wieght gain. The staff here is really good in all aspects. The people at the front desk were very kind, patient and professional. They went above and beyond with their assistance. The wait time was very reasonable. After paperwork I was in in about 10-15 minutes. The doctor was on the ball too. Very thorough and easy to talk with. A very nice experience. Thank you.

I tore my right quad tendon on Sunday, September 29. My orthopedic surgeon saw me the next day and set up surgery for Friday, October 4. I was able to directly from my surgeon to Physicians Now Urgent Care for the preop work. The staff was courtesy, friendly, and efficient and got everything needed to the surgical center by Wednesday, October 2. I had my surgery on Friday, October 4, as planned. Thank you Physicians Now Urgent Care.

I was a walk-in. Everyone I met was gracious, kind and caring. They explained what was going on and what would happen next. Exams and tests were as painless as possible. The doctor treated my symptoms immediately, and called to follow up how I was feeling and called in a Rx for me. I was very happy with the professional and compassionate service I received.

The doctor and staff provide great care. I had fallen and needed to see someone late on a Friday afternoon. I was able to sign up for an appointment online very easily for the same day on my phone. From the moment my wife and I walked in, everything was excellent— the very capable receptionist, the nurse Christina, and the wonderful doctor. I would definitely return again and highly recommend this care center.

The PA that helped all three members of my family this week with their illnesses over telehealth (so that they did not need to come into the actual facility) was extremely kind, patient, and compassionate. I (along with my husband) appreciated her excellent care and concern for the sick members of our family this past week. We will be back in the future if the need arises and we cannot get into our primary care for a sick appointment immediately (and the same for our children).

Came in to get a covid test. Staff was very nice, clear, and efficient. The building is older so that is there but the care is still very good. I was very happy that one of the staff asked to confirm my pronouns. Would recommend stopping by here if you need to get checked out.

This was my first time using Physicians now urgent care I found the experience to be 100% professional. The staff greeted me. They were kind, professional and courteous. They did a very thorough intake. Treated me with respect and recognized my status as a veteran. The intake nurse did an exceptional job of making sure that all of the information regarding my concerns were documented and prepared for the attending physician. She went over appropriate family history as well as circumstances for my visit and she was very respectful and sensitive to any family issues or concerns for some of my family members that may be experiencing medical challenges, all appropriate health safety issues to include infectious disease Covid protocols and other processes were professionally and timely executed to ensure that I was always in a safe environment and health and welfare of the staff and others in the facility were taken into consideration . Attending physician also did an outstanding job with her initial health assessment and then immediately zeroed in on the issue after going through rule out procedures and protocols she quickly made a diagnosis prescribed a treatment, and based on the treatment gave a prognosis as to what I could expect, my medication’s were immediately sent to the pharmacy of my choice And the entire experience from the moment I walked through the door until I left to pick up my prescription took no more than 15 minutes. I’m so glad physicians now urgent care is in the VA network of community care providers. They are an outstanding and invaluable resource and a tremendous force multiplier for the VA to help ensure veterans get timely as well as professional care in the community through such partnerships. They also acknowledge and respect Veterans and ensure they get first class service I was really blessed to be able to go to them and get treated for my needs and in future if I have other issues and there is no availability at the VA urgent care, I will be looking to physicians now urgent care to address those concerns

I have been to this urgent care facility a few times now and the staff are kind and really good at listening to your symptoms, treating you with care and respect, welcome questions and respond without defensiveness or patronizing you (which I have experienced with other doctors in primary care). Specifically kudos to Dr. Mekonnen for her empathic care. The front desk team is equally helpful and I find this location doesn’t keep you waiting for very long. Thank you!

Amazing experience. I called ahead to confirm wait times. We were seen within 10 minutes of arriving and the full visit including checking in, evaluation, x-rays and diagnosis took less than 45 mins. We were treated with kindness and respect by the excellent staff and physicians assistant. The entire visit was documented on their portal which is easy to access after your visit. Recommended!

Physicians Now has been helping me greatly since the early days of the pandemic. As a health care provider on the Frontline, I needed to be tested frequently and they were so convenient! Including my most recent visit, they have helped me get paxlovid for my COVID infections! They are very easy to use for televisits and the providers are so nice! I highly recommend Physicians Now and have been a patient intermittently for four years now!

Best urgent care walk in clinic I have been to! The front desk staff are very friendly and patient, this is exactly what a clinic needs when people are arriving in hopes to ease their ailments. Even one of the doctors stepped in to manage the front desk at one point! This tells you how friendly and how accommodating they are. I cannot speak for more serious ailments since I came in for dizziness and dehydration. I was given a prescription and IV fluids and I’m feeling a lot better now. Will def recommend to friends and family. Thank you!!!

Physicians Now saw me within 2 hours of my looking for an appointment. Once I got there, they were very quick with registration, insurance, etc. and they tested me for Covid, Influenza A&B, and RSV while I was there - confirming I had influenza A and prescribing tamiflu - within 30 mins. As someone who is at higher risk, and needs this kind of urgent care, they were really helpful.

I was a little apprehensive about a visit to a health care facility, but once I checked-in and gave my insurance information, I could feel the pressure relaxing. Which was the reason I was there in the first place. The nurse was very helpful in explaining the minor procedure I had to undergo and it didn't hurt. Much. Check out was a snap and I had my prescription within two hours. Great experience!

Easy to schedule and get in. I was not able to “get an appointment “ with my primary care. I needed relief for “pressure/pain” in urinary tract. I was able to give a sample on site which was tested/ reviewed on site. A prescription was given to “ease” pain pressure somewhat until I could get an appointment with urologist, they forwarded results to my doctor. This was all easily done and saved a trip to the emergency room which was my next step that day. I would highly recommend Physicians Now to anyone needing immediate care

I have NEVER come here or left with a bad experience. You can tell by top up the rest of the staff culture. Every person here is knowledgeable amd has the best bedside manner. When you're ailing or unsure of your health, you need this type of care and understanding. Dr. O and his staff are the BEST!!!

I have visited this office numerous times over the last few years and have always had impeccable service. The staff are always friendly and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to been seen by a doctor. I highly recommend this practice

I returned from traveling and unfortunately contracted Covid19 on the way. I developed a cough and runny nose. It happened to be Thanksgiving, and almost all clinics were closed until next Monday. I had no choice but to choose Ungert Care, and to my surprise I got a diagnosis from a doctor very quickly.

I have been here two times now, and each has been a pleasant experience. Staff up front is always friendly and accommodating, as well as the clinical staff. Both times I have been here has been for a migraine accompanied by nausea/vomiting. They are one of the only urgent cares I have seen that can do IV's, as well as other means that you would normally only see in an emergency room. Each of my visits here, my saline IV took a while to finish, causing them to stay behind past their closing time; but they never once made me feel bad for that or treated me any differently which I greatly appreciate.

This was my very first time at any Urgent Care. I had a tick bite and could not get an appt. with my primary care. I was expecting to find a waiting room full of crying children, anxious parents, and hassled staff. Instead there were just 2 people patiently waiting. Connie, the receptionist, was calm and attentive. Kelsey, the nurse was thorough and drew my blood. Canaan, the PA-C easily removed the tick. She was competent and professional. I was in and out in an hour. What a pleasant experience! Thank you!

The entire team is very friendly, compassionate highly trained, and professional. The DRS and PAs are very thorough and highly skilled in Emergency Care and other areas. People skills in particular are critical in being heard and feeling looked after and making sure you are not allergic to any medications. The most reassuring part and gives me a sense of safety. Always making sure if not feeling better check back and recommend follow-up appointments. It has been a life safer since the excessive amount of waiting in the ER has been eliminated where one can leave sicker than before you entered . I wish I could go there as my Primary Care. I feel always uplifted with the interaction of the entire team. Thank you for all your help over so many years.

Excellent, kind, prompt, and respectful staff. ??Main building does not appear to be handicap accessible but I did not have enough time to throughly check?? Lobby was clean and well maintained. The triage and exam rooms are a little cramped but doable. They were extremely patient with my daughter and myself. Even after my little trooper vomited in the lobby :’( Not to mention that I had no access issues with my service dog being there. After our visit was finished, I welcomed the staff to say “hello” seeing as they were very professional and appropriate with him. Thank you everyone at Physicians Now for the amazing care and respect 10/10??????

How any one can give this facility anything less than a FIVE star rating is BEYOND ME!!! Dr. Olisaemeka and his staff at Physicians Now are truly one of the FRONT LINE heroes of the Covid-19 & Omicron pandemic!!! Period!! Rain, snow or shine...Monday or Sunday, they remained OPEN!!!!!! YOU tell me where else besides emergency care hospitals did that!!!! They were organized, flexible, accurate, KIND, available and affordable. I cannot say enough about this facility so if you don't know -- find out. Support facilities like this one...it is not easy...I imagine it is thankLESS--yet, Physicians Now found a way. I dare other facilities to care as much. Thank you doc...thank you to all of your staff.

Have used them on a number of occasions for COVID testing. It is easy to get an appointment and the drive-up operation is very efficient. They do both the rapid and PCR test in the same visit, so that you can quickly get results, but also receive results later for the more accurate test. They also offer same day PCR testing (for a fee) which is not offered many places. This is great for travelers who have to deal with COVID restrictions when traveling to other countries!

Walked in to see the doctor Tuesday mid afternoon and immediately directed back outside for covid rapid test and told to wait in car for results. Thirty minutes later I was cleared negative and called inside. Clean waiting room (with a kid area), friendly front desk and just 15 minutes before vitals done and then 5 minutes for PA Amy to start exam. Thorough exam for issue and good communication skills. On my way to the pharmacy a few minutes later. The worst part about it was the miserable traffic on Shady Grove. No stars to MOCO for abysmal traffic 'control.'

Super convenient, & a pleasure to work with! Covid Tests until 4:30pm. Today at 1:30, I made the earliest available appt for the required itelephone consultation. At 3:13pn, spoke w/ a nurse, then administrator confirmed my insurance info, took my cc info, then a quick convo w/ the doc, I completed my Covid test & flu shot by 4:30. Casey expertly administered my flu shot, while i sat in my car, in front of the Bank of America bldg, & I didn't even feel it! Perfecto! Oh! The reason I came here, my daughter highly recommended! Despite website estimate of 48-72 hour Covid test results, my daughter received her results in just under 24 hours!

I was seen today at this Urgent Care for stomach and back pain. I wasn't feeling well at all; and even though they were busy I was taken back within minutes of checking in. I think she's a new provider with Physicians Now and her name is Lisa Schreiber but oh my goodness her bedside manner is so kind and understanding. **KUDOS TO WHOMEVER HIRED THAT PEACH** Lisa took her time and she was genuine and understanding. Lizette at the front desk is always so welcoming and her smile would make anyone feel better. Carla is a gem and boy oh boy she's a smart cookie. Thank god she's there and knows her job.. Everyone today was attentive and they really know how to run the place! If I could grant them all a weeks vacation (paid) I would as a patient... ***HEY EVERYONE THIS IS YOUR GO TOO URGENT CARE***

I have pretty decent health insurance and a PCP, but I always find myself back here, due to its convenience, short wait times, and good care. Any time that I have a small health problem (sickness/fever, physical injury, possible tick bite, allergic reaction, etc.), I would come here first. The people here are courteous, prompt, and effective. You can make an appointment online and be seen within a few minutes of checking in so I have never had any complaints about the wait times.
