Very prompt and friendly service. Couldn't be most pleased. I want to give a shout out especially to Ashley the nurse she was very professional and for a guy who is afraid of the needle she didn't even hurt me. Very courteous and made sure I understand everything before I left the office. Definitely a five-star visit.

This has been a trusted practice for the last 25 yrs. I use them my parents use them my children use them and now my grandchildren use them. Even after the opioid crackdown. Knowing I probably wasn't going to be given an opioid however knowing the level of care is that good...knowing if I'm that bad they will send me on to the ER....I've just always trusted him

I went to this location since it's near my home. My family members were sick with the Flu. I wanted to know if I had it, too. I had an upper respiratory infection and was given medication which has helped immensely. I'm very thankful for the level of care I received.

Office is fast and efficient and they have digital sign in and forms you can complete online and they also take all forms of payment which is very convenient. Dr. Hassan is the best!! He always takes care of me for winter illnesses should I catch something. I go to Dr. Hassan before I ever, ever would consider my PCP, especially during the busy winter times. I've been coming here for almost 20 years and never disappointed! I am in and out AND well in record time! The only thing I consider an opportunity at all is the waiting room. A TV with programming sure would help pass the time waiting, maybe some tissues and a water source to make it a little more comfortable...if there's even a wait. Another thing I wanted to mention, they will swab your nose and throat to test for Covid or Strep, etc. based on your symptoms while you are waiting to be taken back to a room which speeds up your visit time! Never had that luxury with any other office. This goes to their efficiency, especially when a lot of contagious illnesses are going around! THANK YOU DR. HASSAN AND EASTSIDE URGENT CARE!

Dr Hassan was exceptionally great ! He's very caring, thorough and really just a Great Dr all around. Explained what he thought I had and told me how to treat it. He listened to all my concerns and questions. I will always come here before going to my local ER. I have been here twice and both times they have gone above & beyond to be helpful. Never had much of a wait as they always get me right in. I was missing some forms that I needed and they were able provide them for me. The Dr. is kind and very skilled, the rest of the staff operated in the way we wish all Healthcare providers did. Professional, courteous & caring. I would drive out of my way to choose this urgentcare everytime.

My horse's hoof struck my right hand and opened a flesh wound. Quickly used pressure & bandaged it. That afternoon we went to Eastside Urgent Care & had it addressed. The doctor was excellent! Thank you so much for taking care of me.

I was able to go right as they opened at 9am and was seen within 10-20 mins. The Dr. Saw me soon after getting a room. He listened to me and gave me a diagnosis and script for what I needed. The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean.

After being turned away from another urgent care, we found Eastside! My daughter who is 1 1/2 jammed her finger and we weren’t sure if she broke it. The staff was so nice to her and my other daughter I had with me. She even let them take her back for X-rays without me so I could be with her sister who didn’t want me to leave. Worth the drive!!

The doctor and nursing staff were great! The doctor has a sense of humor, and I needed it. The only thing I would recommend is removing the very strong plugin in the lobby. When a sick person comes in with a headache or nausea, that's the last thing they want to smell. It makes them feel so much worse.

My 13 year old has been sick for a while now. We took her to another doctor and they said it was just allergies. After 3 days of still not feeling well and getting worse, we brought her here. Dr. Hasan is amazing. It's an urgent care, so it's busy but the wait wasn't too bad. He examined her and and diagnosed her with a Sinus infection and Bronchitis and prescribed her antibiotics, a steroid and cough medicine. Within 3 days, she was almost back to her normal self. Thank you Dr. Hasan!

Always a positive experience here! Whether it’s a Covid test, pre employment drug screen, or unexpected broken bone, the staff is always very friendly and ready to assist! This last visit, I came in spur of the moment, and was treated as quickly as possible and by a very friendly staff! Any time my family is in need of urgent care, but not ER worthy, Eastside Urgent Care is our first stop!

This is by far the best urgent care I’ve ever been to! Cindy in check in was so helpful and friendly! The nursing staff. were wonderful and took the time to make sure I was properly assessed. Even though they were super busy the staff was super attentive and the PA was so thorough and took her time, thank you so much for that! I will definitely be coming back! Thanks Tina and barbi !!

This place is AMAZING! I cut my finger pretty bad and went to another location first and they glued it. It got infected, and the glue fell off 2 days later. I came to Eastside urgent care cause I didn’t want to go back to the same place. I was in pain and very irritated and they knew. When I first saw the doctor he said that should not of been glued :( it was way too deep of a cut. What should of been a fast healing process turned in to weeks. Thank you to Eastside Urgent care for cleaning up the mess of another urgent care 💗 thank you to your whole staff! They made me feel welcomed, and cared about from the minute I walked in the door. They will make sure they give the best care, they explain everything they are doing and make sure you understand and get you healing quickly and correctly! Thank you again Eastside Urgent Care!!!!! I highly recommend this place

I have been to this urgent care a couple times to be tested for COVID-19. The professionalism and friendliness that is represented by the staff here is unmatched to any other facility that I have been to. With the volume of clients that they are currently dealing with, they still maintain the upmost quality of care that I could not be more appreciative for. I do not know how they do it. Thank you for doing what you do in the times that you are doing it. I want to thank the entire staff at Eastside Urgent Care! You are keeping us all safe!

I am obviously hoping to start a new job and appreciate not being sat next to sick people that could possibly get me sick. Thank you for taking that into consideration. Secondly, Teena took care of me both times I came in. She is very courteous, personable yet professional. She sticks to the teedious protocol in place for this specific task yet does it without making you feel uncomfortable and does so in a timely manner so you aren't there for very long. Thank you all for a great experience both times!
