What Treatments Are Available for OCD?
Some of the most effective treatments for this condition are CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, sometimes combined with medication. The most effective version of this therapy is called Exposure and Response Prevention ERP. Medications that help with OCD are called SRIs, short for serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
